Next up is the business interview where you'll meet the hiring manager or team member. Dive deeper into the nitty-gritty of the role, team dynamics, and how we work together. We're keen on hearing about your soft and hard skills, your ambitions, and how they align with our values and goals. We care about simplicity, taking ownership, creative problem solving, and examples of how you can raise the bar.
